Search planning applications
Use the planning register to search for planning applications submitted since 1974.
You can use the advanced search options to narrow your results.
The planning register contains information from the former South Northamptonshire, Daventry and Northampton Borough councils. Because records were managed differently by each council, some historic information may be incomplete or presented differently.
Records from the last 5 years are generally more complete.
If you cannot find the information you need, use our interactive mapping service to search planning histories.
If documents are not available online, email planning@westnorthants.gov.uk and quote the application number or site location.
The Planning team will review your documents and remove any personal information where needed. We will contact you when they are available to view.

Use the planning register to search for building regulation applications submitted since 1998.
Some older records may not contain complete information. If you cannot find what you are looking for, contact Building Control buildingcontrol@westnorthants.gov.uk for further assistance.
